COVID-19: Limited Closure Notice

We know the current situation is unsettling and hope that you are finding ways to practice self-care. We have been carefully monitoring the health and safety updates related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and while we have taken many precautions to date, the safety of our patients and staff remains most important.

Although this is a difficult decision, we will be available for limited hours at our location starting on March 20th, 2020. We expect to return to normal business hours to begin on May 4th 2020, but are waiting for guidance from the state and local governments.

While we are operating at limited closure, we will provide “drive-through” device support for repairs and minor adjustments. Please call ahead and our staff member will meet you at your car, retrieve your device following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, clean or restore your device, and return it to your car.

We will also be open for limited office hours for batteries, supplies, warranty extensions and other phone services. Please call ahead to confirm hours.

We appreciate your loyalty, patience, and understanding. Please stay safe and take care of yourselves and your families as we all weather this time of uncertainty together. We will continue to communicate with you through social media and email.
